#1
Ive gone to check the spare wheel but the carrier siezed up. I turn the bolt inside the boot and it wont even move solid as a rock.

Sprayed with wd40 etc.

IIRC you can buy new ones off PUG for not too much but I may be wrong but they all do it and are a nightmare to sort out once they do!!

MTFU you lot, just try harder to undo, find something with more leverage to undo the bolt.

Once off copper grease it up, now mines so easy to undo.

If you need a new one, there's a store on eBay who is selling original parts cheap. He's got a new security locking kit for a tenner

Loads if WD40 and wire brush any of the thread you can get to.

Use a BFO screwdriver or a flat file with a hole in the handel and then the round fole through the hole to get the leaverage you need.

I had a look under the car and had to cut the carreir hook of in the end. I just weld it back togeather properly easy enough and loosen it all up now. Then copper grease on it after that to keep clean.

But while looking in the spare wheel I found this kit hanging down
