GI; April Slough Rolling Road day/evening

Right who wants to do a rolling road day or evening at some point in April at Novatec Racing ( <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.nt-r.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">www.nt-r.com</a><!-- w -->) in Slough. Theyer good guys down there, great customer service, always take an interest in the cars and are always happy to answer your questions.

Itll be £40 and theyll run your car as many times as needed to get best power. They will put on tea and cake for us and I think as a club we will also be able to get a few pizzas ordered down too (but only for those rolling)

Its a Dyno Dynamics 2WD rolling road and their current record is 540bhp IIRC (in case JonnyBs brother wants to pop along and try and beat that)

Also having organised rolling road days before and had loads of people drop out I am considering taking a non refundable deposit of £20 off people to make sure they turn up as I dont want to mess the dyno operators about telling them we have 10+ cars and only see 3 turn up.

Niall Im not sure about mapping, If they do theyer unlikely to do it on a dyno evening but if you went up before hand then you could be the first to run.


Phill (2 way dildo) No they wont be tuning it on the dyno, I meant it wont be one of those turn up and only see 2 or 3 power runs taken things. Theyll probably do about 5 as cars never make the same power across runs, usually up to 5% difference and theyll print your best.

Im sure if you have a MBC and know how many turns of fuel you need to add theyd let you tune it while its still strapped down and then give you another set of runs for a small charge.
