Hdi bottom end/ xud head

Hdi bottom end/ xud head

As title really, any one know if the xud head bolts on the 2.0 hdi bottom end without issues?? Figured might aswell have the extra capacity as I was going to fit hdi rods anyway! Cheers for any info

It may well bolt on but have a look at the difference in pistons as Ruans pointed out Tongue and you shall find your answer

No pistons fit, theyre a larger bore than an xud, so you cant use their pistons and HDi pistons wont work...

Bollocks then!! What is different about the pistons or is it the chamber in the pistons, anyone tried it?? Pistons from something else??? What is the comp height of the hdi pistons and pin size.
