Reassembled again with new seal smeared Granville instant silicon gasket and now still dry after a good bleed and 100 miles use.
Now why the hell did I not do that in first place :@ |

| Well disconnected hose from rad, cleaned off corrosion and fitted new seal lubricated with silican grease and reassembled. Thought it felt a lose fit when I pushed it back in place. It's leaking worse... |

| Thanks for the info guys - Will go a new seal and hope only minor corrosion on hose sleeve. |
