TU3JP cylinder block, ET3 head? - SketchYDG - 26-06-2015 I've been looking around and from what I can tell pug never made a 16v version of the tu3 engine, however they did make a 16v 1.4 for the 206. From what I can tell the et3 (206 engine) uses the same ally cylinder block as the tu3 just with a 16v head on top. Does anyone know if this is the case, and if so would an et3 head fit on a tu3 block? RE: TU3JP cylinder block, ET3 head? - John1.4 - 27-06-2015 no it wouldn't fit, i looked into it a while ago, and the 8v block is missing a couple of pulley / idler mounting points, and the oilways are different, so you'd have to run the block too TU3 block ET3 block - right hand oil drain is huge in comparison RE: TU3JP cylinder block, ET3 head? - SketchYDG - 27-06-2015 I get the oil drains are different but the idler/ pullie arrangement shouldn't be too much of an issue as long as the cam belt provides even pressure no?
