That's not a xud its a gti6. That's not a return line its the pas fluid cooler believe it or not. Some came with them some didn't. You can just remove and bypass. Easy as hell. Smile

Follow it up to where it connects to the rubber hoses and join the 2 hoses together

Oh sweet I'll do that then Smile

RE: PAS Return line - Niall - 01-02-2015

Yeah as above just join the two hoses. Mine had a cooler with a tiny leak on it. Did away with it with the new engine and never had any issues!

Sweet Smile you need a small bit of joining pipe?

RE: PAS Return line - bashbarnard - 01-02-2015

Yeah. So what you go is gut the cooler. Cut a good bit out and use that as the join. Wink

RE: PAS Return line - Toms306 - 01-02-2015

Will do Smile the pas pump is whining like a bitch now haha still very light steering though even though it's lost almost all its fluid  Confused

RE: PAS Return line - Toms306 - 02-02-2015

306s never have very light steering. Tongue Don't run it without any fluid though, you'll damage the pump.

Getting some fluid today and going to try fix it tomorrow Smile

Never knew they had coolers, didn't realise it was something that got hot enough to need one.
