fmic piping - philpemberton94 - 03-11-2014

Just wondering how everyone routes their front mount pipes on the drivers side, i bought a kit of a 306 but can't get it to line up properly!

Any help appreciated,
Phil

Most people route both pipes round passenger side of the rad, that or remove washer bottle and go round there Smile

Was thinking i might have to go to the passenger side, will have to get a few more pipes!

Can always get a twin pass cooler.

Silverzx that's a damn tidy install!

Meh, I find buying a "kit" with a few extra silicone pipes chucked in usually does the trick!

A decent twin pass is £130, I personally would rather cut a hole and route through the washer bottle or do the "pikey" twin pass like I have with this install.

Cheers mate, you get good at it after doing it a few times. Tongue

Not a personal dig at you but I hate those setups because:

A) It uses the standard shitty 2" pipe from turbo upward and I always struggle to fit a 2" pipe in it properly, it usually ends up popping out etc.

B) It goes over the radiator, this usually ends in knocking, fowling of the radiator and ultimately damage.
