fmic piping - philpemberton94 - 03-11-2014 Just wondering how everyone routes their front mount pipes on the drivers side, i bought a kit of a 306 but can't get it to line up properly! Any help appreciated, Phil RE: fmic piping - Mattcheese31 - 03-11-2014 Most people route both pipes round passenger side of the rad, that or remove washer bottle and go round there ![]() RE: fmic piping - silverzx - 03-11-2014 ![]() ![]() ![]() RE: fmic piping - philpemberton94 - 03-11-2014 Was thinking i might have to go to the passenger side, will have to get a few more pipes! RE: fmic piping - eskimogod - 03-11-2014 Can always get a twin pass cooler. Silverzx that's a damn tidy install! Meh, I find buying a "kit" with a few extra silicone pipes chucked in usually does the trick! (03-11-2014, 11:04 AM)eskimogod Wrote: Can always get a twin pass cooler. A decent twin pass is £130, I personally would rather cut a hole and route through the washer bottle or do the "pikey" twin pass like I have with this install. Cheers mate, you get good at it after doing it a few times. ![]() fmic piping - Jtrigga - 04-11-2014 Here's mine on my old dturbo ![]() RE: fmic piping - silverzx - 04-11-2014 (04-11-2014, 02:26 PM)Jtrigga Wrote: Here's mine on my old dturbo Not a personal dig at you but I hate those setups because: A) It uses the standard shitty 2" pipe from turbo upward and I always struggle to fit a 2" pipe in it properly, it usually ends up popping out etc. B) It goes over the radiator, this usually ends in knocking, fowling of the radiator and ultimately damage. |
