well got the springs on today for the mot thanks to studturbo Smile. was a bit of a pita but we did it. the old springs was dangerous suprised the didnt fail. who ever in barnsley did them did'nt give a f*ck. heres pics Smile.

havent been any updates recently but there is some coming. got a FMIC coming next weekend for a offer i could'nt refuse. hopefully all will go well and i will be fitting it soon as i get it Smile

god knows. the lad that got the green 306 (my car) origionaly bought it with the suspension like that from barnsley about 3 years ago. he a mot tester Hmm didnt even tell the previous owner or me about them :evil: . im getting some springs for it that actually fit. the ones that was on didnt even need clamps to take the srings of they was no tension at all. no mate studturbo came over in his car to give me a hand thats all.

well got the FMIC today. had a check and all looking good. needs a clean but im on it. also pipes have already been beaded and has been tapped into for the boost gauge Smile. will be fitting this soon. also got a derv doctor dump valve with it so keep checking this thread Smile.

well the FMIC is on hold thanks to the yorkshire weather Sad. try get it fitted tomorrow. managed to fit the track rod ends and get abit of copper grease on the brake lines before the rain started.

ANOTHER UPDATE:

Well booked the day of today and finished the FMIC off. Need to sort the pipe coming from the turbo but it will be fine for now Smile. Also have a leaky rad so need another Sad. pictures here.

well my car is now on the database as insured Smile. Booking MOT tomorrow. Also found a dturbo been broke so im taking the day of tomorrowim taking the radiator and fitting it that and also the morettes, maybe the the stainless exhaust so mine might be up for grabs.

Top job bud. I like looking at these pics gives me some options on how to do mine when it comes to it. Though id route the FMIC to inlet pipe slightly different.

Is there any reson from the inlet you couldnt turn the 90 down and go towards the right of the car behinde the Rad rather than across the top of the engine bay?

cheers mate. only reason its routed this way is because this is how i bought the kit so limited to other routes. need some more piping really so i can move it about

Ah right cool, was just checking, its hard to explian via writting but i think you could fit it the way im thinking with what you have.

Looking at the car from the front.

90* pipe from the inlet turn to face down.
Next 90* pipe to connect to that then turn right
Next 90* pipe turns out to the front and on to the cooler.

Looking at yours thats the way i think im going to do it but im going to use a STD manni adapter.

Good to hear it will be back on the road soon aswell, i do like this purly because you dont see many ph3's modded in this colour. (i Know its a ph2 but ph3 look) I would like to spray my 6 this colour for the fact that they never did them and its an OE colour.

ah i know what you mean mate. need some more hoses as mine are all straight. why dont you go for the manni i have?. meant to be better flow. cheers mate i was thinking of putting a ph2 bumper back on but not 100% sure yet. ye the colour is fairly rare id say.

well had a sh*t day. radiator was different so had to take it back to swap for another and they was all different. another 4 breakers yards and still no joy so had to get some bar leaks for a temp fix witch sorted it out. so having to go finish what i was meant to do tomorrow ready for saturday morning. will get pics up tomorrow
