If not I know where Theres a nice moonstone stage 1 hdi ![]() ![]() RE: Number 10 - Toms306 - 25-09-2012 Lol, there are a few things putting me off buying it atm but we'll see what happens. ![]() Number 10 - kentiiboii - 25-09-2012 (25-09-2012, 02:56 PM)Toms306 Wrote: Lol, there are a few things putting me off buying it atm but we'll see what happens. A few things putting you off? Talk about putting sam and his bargain buy down. He's never going to want it now! To be fair mate. If you give it a service mot it then wait till then to decide and if it does good on mot treat it to cam belt and you'll be good for a while. You ain't going to find a 306 that's as good. RE: Number 10 - Toms306 - 25-09-2012 Sams bargain buy? Do you know how many FREE labour hours I put into fixing it so far! ![]() It's not quite so good as it seems tbh Kent. Plus its in diablo haha. ![]() RE: Number 10 - Jonny81191 - 25-09-2012 I give up. Seriously? Labour costs? Grow up. RE: Number 10 - Toms306 - 25-09-2012 Also, what's going on here? There'd be a filter there on the petrol, but is this meant to look as bodged ad this on the hdi lol? ![]() (25-09-2012, 07:51 PM)Jonny81191 Wrote: I give up. Seriously? Labour costs? Grow up. Lol, in all honesty I didn't mind doing it. I would've liked the fuel money Sam was supposed to pay me when I went over there at a fiver of fuel a time though haha! ![]() Number 10 - kentiiboii - 25-09-2012 Take it off the price of the car! Sorted ![]() RE: Number 10 - Toms306 - 25-09-2012 Lol, as I've said, there's a few reasons not to keep it. But who knows what might happen in the next month or so. Number 10 - kentiiboii - 25-09-2012 Tbh with you as said the price you'd get it for only thing that lets it down is its an estate but is worth way more than you paid! But don't decide till its been for a mot. RE: Number 10 - Toms306 - 25-09-2012 I wanted an estate lol, that's one of the few good points! I hope Sam doesn't take offence at this, but I know there's several things that will fail MOT atm, plus there's no service history at all, the EML is on, its had a fairly major bump at some point looking at bent stuff up front, there's a lot of little niggly issues atm, and the bodywork isn't overly tidy which is something that really does bother me tbh, I'll see what it polishes up like but there's quite a few dents scratches and rust bubbles which aren't gonna disappear. We all know I don't keep cars long, so really have to think about resale value and atm I don't think its worth me buying it. RE: Number 10 - C.A.R. - 26-09-2012 I don't think anyone sensible thinks about the resale value of a car worth £1500 or less, do they? At any less than that it's a disposable car, you don't buy cars worth that much and expect to get anything back when you sell it, you twerp. My 306 cost me the most at £750. RE: Number 10 - Toms306 - 26-09-2012 (26-09-2012, 08:50 AM)c.a.r. Until the blue Golf, I'd got atleast 75% back on every car I'd owned, no car is disposable unless youre minted! |
