TAs are just for people who want to be able to drop a car on it's arse for cheaps, ride quality, handling and build quality seem to just be well below par. But then they are really cheap. ![]() RE: Ph1 White GTi6 - Piggy - 27-09-2015 I rekon standars gti/vts dampers and springs would handle better than TA/raceland tbh! RE: Ph1 White GTi6 - welshpug - 27-09-2015 avo arent the best either tbh! made tgeir rep on good service, because they break and leak all the time! Standard 15 year old, not so much. ![]() RE: Ph1 White GTi6 - Poodle - 27-09-2015 (27-09-2015, 08:46 AM)welshpug Wrote: avo arent the best either tbh! made tgeir rep on good service, because they break and leak all the time! I can believe that, their service is awesome, but i popped one the first time the car went airborne lol. They repaired it free of charge, so can't complain on that front, but that doesn't change the fact it happened in the first place. I guess they're still a budget offering tbf. RE: Ph1 White GTi6 - ozonehostile - 27-09-2015 I've never liked coilovers on a Peugeot tbh, don't suit their driving character imo. Bilstein and decent springs for me every time ![]() RE: Ph1 White GTi6 - Matt - 27-09-2015 Reminded me I need to do my arches. RE: Ph1 White GTi6 - Matt - 28-09-2015 They do a clear underseal?! Mind blown! RE: Ph1 White GTi6 - Matt-Rallye - 28-09-2015 Yep! Clear waxoyl is the one you want ![]() RE: Ph1 White GTi6 - cully - 28-09-2015 Dont put stone chip Tetrosyl on top of hamerite as it will react and strip the lot back to bare metal!! BE WARNED IVE DONE IT do a test sample first RE: Ph1 White GTi6 - Matt-Rallye - 28-09-2015 Clear waxoyl and hammerite go together fine, All the rallying boys do it so the undersides look clean for scrutineering. ![]() RE: Ph1 White GTi6 - Matt - 06-10-2015 Any updates?
