Jut FYI, mine was running 182hp - 209.9hp depending on tune / boost for 18 months and it never went bang. I just never really revved it about 5k.

Standard dhx with 180k, around 30psi and 170hp took 5k+rpm daily, never threw a rod its all in how its tuned imo though there was faulty ones from the factory it seems.

Im putting HDi rods in mine at the moment. Your best bet is to get piston rings, big end shell, HG, head bolts and just get a head set as that will have pretty much every other gasket you will need.

I got a victor reinz set and that looks pretty good tbf
