Td04 is on seems to boost up nice, still got fuel way down atm, but it dosent die at 3500 anymore, so must of been wastegate/actuator issue on the t25..

Got some new catch tank hoses today along with an inline filter, also jazzed up the power steering pipe with the spare catch tank hose..

Have you got fans on the oil cooler or something?
Even if you have, cant see it being very effective in there as the airs hot / its just gunna circulate the same hot air around and around....

Was something that I had discussed with Kyle the way it's set should be enough room below to get a cold air feed up into I did also mention about possibly a fan too. But the cold air feed or fan is upto Kyle now

Hm yeah but theres not gunna be naff all air flow there....the engine bay just turns into a big warm air space....all the hot air from the rad / engine just heats it up, like that install unless totally isolated is going to make no difference :S
So you relocated your battery at expanse of cable / battery box etc, and spend 100+ quid on an oil cooler, and fitted it where it wont make much / if any difference at all lol....

Have you still got your stock cooler into the coolant system?.... cos having it there will overheat due to lack of airflow as soon as you push anything, no offence kyle but thats not very race spec
and anyone who looks at that will wonder why you've done it because it provides no advantages at all?

As Dave said, hope you have left the stock water cooler fitted, as the stock cooler does ALOT more than you might think, and theres no way on earth that is going to manage that, let alone offer a boost, so you will be cooking oil if you have bypassed the stock bit, which if you havent, also defeats the point lol...
Just get it mounted somewhere in air stream them ur money is doing its job, atm its just wasted...
