Hi, I've managed to snap the high pressure PAS pipe at the pump union, and now I'm having trouble finding a replacement

I can't seem to find any matching parts for sale on ebay or with any breakers near me, so I figure my options are:
  • Buy one with the same connectors but different length and shape and try to make it fit (maybe making new brackets or something)
  • Cut off the pump end connector from another pipe and attach it to my broken pipe with flares and unions
Anyone tried anything like that before?  Bit worried about flares and unions being strong enough because I think the PAS system is under quite high pressure

I was also wondering if anyone on here had a replacement to sell, but I don't have enough posts to ask in the wanted forum - it look like this:

take it down to a hydraulic hose place and get them to knock up a replacement
get down tanygroes, I'm sure they'll have something suitable there.
