Swansea's far from proper welsh there's just pockets of Welsh speaking communities scatted around that's all!

Rough cost on Supercharging this engine? making me want to do it... How different would it be on a 1.8 block though?

I have a receipt for 3.2k for all the work and parts supplied by Lynx Engineering and then there's the cost of the kit that's about 1k.
You could do it for 2-2.5k second hand but the parts don't come up very often

I see there's not a lot of love for the Rotrex here then.
Its a good set up and tried and tested for low boost reliability and sadly I don't have the money to build a forged bottom end for big power.

Well I'm keeping the engine as is but will be changing the cambelt/water pump and full service.
Suspension wise I'm thinking either KYB Ultra SR or Bilstein b6's with xsara vts/eibachs springs upfront and on the back im going rebuilt beam with 21mm tb's and a hybrid ARB.
Brakes wise the Wilwood 4 pots are perfect so nothing changing there.
Just want to source a mint drivers seat for the interior and it's fine inside.
Bodywork wise just a blow over on the front bumper and refurbished cyclones and i'm done.
Hoping to get this all done by Spring action day in April
