hello my xud converted van went bang and a hdi saved me sorry let xud team down lol

was using water but never got hot just always lost about litre then had to top up ( got fed up doing all time lol ) anyway was going long trip and forgot to put cap back on 30 mile down motorway turned in to a compressionless diesel. so time for a rebuild it is running 20ish psi fmic Bosch pump kkk turbo 

my question is i have a td04 sitting thinking may fit but how for can i go with mods before i lose reliability as its a daily. with the boost almost double and how ruff i am with it every body could not believe how long it lasted or leave standard tub

i do try read stuff on here but lot to read lol

any advice welcome     

The best advice I can give you is to write something that can be understood. Maybe I'm just being an old man, but I had to read that twice before it went in, and TBH I'm still not sure what you're asking.
