I don't have the turbo to hand as it's on the car.
I was thinking of going for the biggest reducer elbow as possible for the air intake
Anybody know the size?
2.25" 57mm
Cheers mate much appreciated
Depends which td04...
My TD04L has an inlet of 52 mm (2 inches) that's the pipe going ON to the turbo. The piping coming off the turbo, i used the standard boost pipe from my K14.

Just to clarify, is this for the pipe going ON to the turbo or the pipe coming OFF the turbo into the intercooler?
Going onto the turbo.
A mikalor will squeeze it together
I used a 57mm onto the intake, worked fine.

A few millimeter difference shouldn't matter as a good jubyclippy will tighten it up. It's only a vacuum pipe
If you can - use a reducer pipe to give you a 57mm onto the turbo but the inlet pipe staying at 63mm or bigger.

Especially if it's a remotely long pipe - remember about boundary layers! Look pipe from the airbox of a 136HDi - it's like 2 3/4" or so because of this!
