Right, I've done this before but have forgotten how (age problem perhaps) . . .

I've got the bolt out but can I heckers like remove the pulley . . . is there a 'trick' to this?

I've done it before on this very engine so it is do-able, I've tried gently tapping it and gently prying it but I do not want to gently break it.
I've remembered how it came off . . .

The answer, as ever, is to take five minutes out and have a cup of tea.
