Noticed when in 2nd gear and hit 20psi change to 3rd gear the boost holds at 10psi then goes up. Could this be too much fuel? Video below

no... i'd say thats just a slow boost gauge and isn't dropping quick enough.

Have you a filter in the boost feed or blocked/filled with a bit of oil?

What happens when you let off throttle and don't put into another gear; the gauge drops as usual?

I'll check the boost feed soon. Ye it drops as usual
how are you controlling the boost?

how is the LDA setup?
What you mean controlling it, not sure how it set up just spun the star wheel and put my ground LDA pin in
Is it smoking on boost is the main question i'de ask here. If it is, then could be a potential boost leak/wastegate creep. If it isnt, then something wrong with your sensor pipe because thats not responding normal, is your pipe through the door seal?
