Yeah, samass has done it, but I'd be inclined to agree with jenks, probably easier to just drop a turbo'd lump in.

its possible to turbo anything.
but the nad is setup for no turbo, compression ratio etc.
if you get your pricing right you could buy a xud9te and sell the nad engine and break even

Yes its possible and in reality pretty easy. Youll only need to swap the fuel pump, inlat manifold, exhaust manifold (with turbo) down pipe, and fit an oil line (believe the HP feed is just blanked) but IIRC youll have to drill for a return line.
The NAD engine has a higher compression ratio, a shorter gear box and possibly thinner con rods.
Youd just be better off using a Turbo lump from the off. Its not like they are expensive.
