I have a 306 xrd n reg non turbo and its leaking from what i believe is the fuel screw on top of the pump to which the throttle cable assembley is attached, if you put any pressure on it diesel comes out, are these available new? And is called the fuel screw? Thanks Dan.

Or maybe the control lever it has a little screw on the top.
Need a picture, the fuel screw on a lucas is inside the pump so im pretty sure you got the wrong name for it :p
Will try its on top of the pump, the throttle cable assembly moves it which in turn adjusts the speed of the engine its got a spring which returns the lever to idle and a little screw on top. Dont thinks its the fuel screw as its not on the side.

Number 9 on fig 1
Number 6 on fig 3

Thats where the leak is coming from.

I know its a moving part so i dont think a sealant would do much good, or even sieze it up keep it in one fixed fuelling position?
