Seems strange seeing cars that would have been no more than a couple of years old in that video which are bordering on extinct nowadays
What's saddening in many ways is seeing just how common/popular BL and Rover were back then and then thinking that 20 years later they were no more. Reasons are plentiful and well-documented of course, but still sad to see.
The other thing you immediately notice is the almost complete absence of "premium" German cars on British roads back then, compared to now when seemingly every other car you see on the motorway is an Audi, BMW or Merc.
