Trip Computer Guide (HDI)
Yeah I've seen the pin out for it, I'll read up on canbus too. I like the look of the torque app although something more oem looking/ permanent ie the trip computer idea was a good'un. Going to do some more research Smile

I think the best thing you could use is the Torque app with a Bluetooth obd2 adaptor.

This one works well with the app. Link

Most of the cheap ones I've used have issues connecting first time.

Any photo updates? And are the displays all the same, or is there a difference which one to use?

I have PH2 306 TD (lucas), and dont have an ECU. I know some of the features wont work, but what will remain? Clock (does it have?), Temp (i allready have a sensor), mpg (wont work), distance? AVG velocity? Thanks Smile

Does your car have a speed sensor or a mechanical cable to the speedo?

If it's mechanical then only the temp.

If it has a speed sensor then you'll have distance, average speed and outside temp.

No clock unfortunately.

It wouldn't the worth the effort installing in an XUD.
