Spike2002's V6 ecosse project
#1
Well as most of you know i picked this up last night. not to everyones taste and not all to mine if im honest so will be swaping some parts off it and changeing the engine from the 1.8 to a gti or 406 v6 undecided as of yet

few pics of how she stands at the mo will be slow progress on this as i need to shift the 2 breakers out the garage so i can get to work on sorting this out esp the front bumper as it needs repair and respray Smile

If you brought the paint, done all the prep etc, £30 plus travelling costs, as im a distance from you haha!
Also you'd need a decent compressor.

I like the bumpers. They're a little old fashioned these days. But they kind of suit it.
Get rid of the wheels though hate aftermarket on 306s. Think nimrods will be a better choice.

I was thinking challengers as the current wheels are 18" and i think abit to big for the car imo

What I like about the 18's is the way they fill the arches perfectly all the way round which you don't tend to find with smaller wheels particularly around the lower part of the arch. yes challengers in bronze would suit as I've already said to you as they're 17's but I wouldn't go any smaller unless you're going to lower it
