lower height pistons xud11 of 1 mm

Hello everyone

I wanted to know if there was a risk of destruction of the pistons which is reduced by 1 mm?

I will do a ceramic heat treatment

but it is that when we remove the material its weakens the pistons? is for a power of 250 to 300 hp

Bonjour a tous

quite unlikely they will hurt them, they are so big and heavy!

Slice that material off! If it's straight flat off the top will not be an issue has been done heaps of times

we can lower the volumetric ratio and what interest to do that?
do we protect the heatgasket?
I'm already in wrought rod I'm just afraid that for big powers with big turbo pressures the heatgasket does not fit ...
