Gearbox removal and THAT pin
#1
Looks like the release bearing has died so I'm taking the box off to fix but I'm having trouble getting the pin out that holds the clutch arm on.

As the bearing has gone, the arm moves freely, I was wondering if that meant I could get the box off without pulling the arm off as clearly it currently does nothing. Everything I read says you do it because it's still connected to the fork, but doesn't look like it in this case. Once I pullled the cable off there was even more movement.

As piggy said really, if your not too worried about the clutch undo the gearbox and just yank it off. The pin will be a bit easier to get out with the box off the car.

If you need a clutch drop me a message. I got a few new valeo kits that i will sell.
