yoikes!
I understand the workings of a normal 'sun n planet' diff, but i'll have to look up an animated clip to figure this. Huh

it really clever the design, with no power driving the crown-wheel the diff acts as a normal open diff
but as soon as you drive the crown-wheel the planets lock the suns

Looks very complicated but then I'm a chippy lol. Getting a diff soon but wondering what type to go for with high boost. Got a standard 6 speed box for now with paddle plate and genuine pressure plate. Any ideas??

Whatever you like.. clutch type, torsen type quaife type.. all a matter of preference.. they all have pros and cons.. the latter is far more positive
Given the choice between Niall and the sheep. I would choose the sheep!
