Well had lots trouble with the crappy chocolate BMW engine changing million sensor turned out to be just throttle body

Will keep an eye on this. Out of interest are you just swapping out the engine and keeping the box, shafts diff etc.. or swapping it all out?

Will be using BMW box they cheap and pretty strong also means less work no custom prop mounts shifter etc.

Most people use supra box to make 1uz a manual would went that route if wasn't a BMW I was putting it in adapter kit cheaper

Engine and adapter should be here this week Smile

You keeping the stock open diff then? or is it being welded and used as a drift car etc.. or is it staying on the road

These 1UZ's sound f--king nuts with straight throughs. Definitely the way to go on a budget! Just a shame the gearbox conversion plates are a bit of a ball ache and then obviously the normal bits - mounts, loom etc.

Fair play!

Tell me about it got a video of the engine running mmmm
There is a company that do a fly and adapter everything needed to fit to 1uz. I'm not worried about wire just fitting exhausts in there lol

I have a 200sx just like u and the bm drifting was a nightmare to that sore on the arms

Yeah fault finding these can be interesting, having a copy of INPA makes it a lot easier though. Obviously irrelevant now though! lol
