Very noisey tapping noise on start up and tick over I did look and it sounds alot like tappet.
Question is how hard to do and should I change injectors at same time?

doesnt sound regular enough to be tappets, unless one of them is literally flapping around without any sort of guidance in the head, i would hazard a guess at a pulley too, someone with a lot more experience should be along anytime soon (poodle? lol)

Have a look at the pulley, it might be obviously eccentric or showing bits of shiny metal.

As above. That's almost definitely crank pulley, get it checked and changed now before it takes the cambelt with it. Bring it up to me today if you like, i'm not working and can sort it out immediately, will drop you a pm.
