In tradition; the, "What have you got left to do" before the next big show (FCS/Pugfest)

I'll get the ball rolling:

1) New tyres all round
2) DD headunit to find, buy and install
3) Remap to 255/265
4) De-tar/De-sap , wax, minor detailing to paintwork

1) cut and fit all the polycarb windows.
2) fit and trim and "wrap" fibreglass bonnet
3) fit and check clearance for track wheels
4) wheel alignment
5) build new exhaust.
6) fit new exhaust
7) build new manifold
8) fit new manifold
9) fit new turbo
10) fit some ninja fueling mods
11) see "10" fail and try something else
12) retune Arduino...a lot.
13) test and setup brake bias
14) finish brake lines and clasps
15) fit and pipe in EMP gauge
16) fault find and fix EGT gauge
17) flock final parts and fit
18) paint damaged parts
19) fit frenchyness
20) adjust suspension again
21) finish strut brace, fit
22) build harness bar and fit
23) CLEAN a lot
24) tidy engine bay
25) polish all the metal parts
26) polish all the outside bits
27) secure battery
29) service
30) fit new driveshaft seals
31) fit new breather pipework
32) secure new air filter
33) fit oil cooler
34) remove oil cooler after the oil line explodes
....

I'll add more when I remember it!

NSR tyre, 3 brake pipes, lots of cleaning, un tint NSF window, peg in boot carpet, lots of bits to tidy up with some fresh paint, new plates and re build the front end as it's getting some shinyness.

Not doing fcs, next event is combe sprint 13/06 followed by track day there on 19th. Bought Pugfest tickets Big Grin

paint inner wings and slam panel
refit new radiator
gut all the remaining aircon pipes and fit rallye aux belt setup
fit large pile of powdercoated engine parts and brackets
fit EPAS setup
stud conversion for the new wheels
refit front bumper with extra bracing for the underside
fit slimline fans and oil cooler
braided fuel lines
weld blowing exhaust midbox
suspension regrease and spanner check

full deep clean inside and out to remove 6 months worth of dust

This is before Pugfest:

Track Rod Ends
Droplinks
Refit a few bits on the underside eg. spare wheel, heatshields
Remove cat, get welded and refit cat & exhaust
Discs and Pads all round
Flush brake fluid
Remove side light bulb from inside headlight lmao
Drive to settle new suspension and bed in brakes
Very good clean
Probably refit headunit that I took out to go in the daily

Still a load more things to sort out but that's the realistic list for before then, given that I usually don't have weekends free and maybe 1 evening a week if I'm lucky, plus the odd 1-3 hours over a weekend. Will hopefully have a weekend or two in June though!
