GTi-6 weber IW204 injectors
#1
After they’ve seen 122K miles and while the engine is in bits, I took opportunity to get my injectors cleaned.

Just had a call from the company saying that the injectors all had the wrong pintle cap/spray tip on for a single spray IW204 injector, making the pattern into a dribble.

From what I remember before dropping them off, the caps have two holes.
So what’s correct?

Huh Huh

I have a few here and they all have two holes in the caps as standard, I'm not sure they are single jet? dont recall looking at the spray pattern however, maybe they're just that grubby?
need a part number? http://public.servicebox.peugeot.com/ and http://service.citroen.com/ will sort you out.

any weber injector spares suppliers I would imagine, typically they also clean them too.

Man that's soo odd!
These are the guy's who are doing the work: http://www.a-aautoelectrical.com/our_team.htm
They seemed on the ball when I dropped the injectors off.

Found these for the IW injectors: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/weber-IW-serie...1631742694?
Again with the single hole.

What would the pro/con be with using different caps?
