Hey guys i have gotta rip the heart out of the rallye and give it an overhaul while the shells being sprayed.

My question is does anyone have the part numbers for the following parts (genuine)

Big end shells
Con rod shells
Piston rings
Valve stem seals
Inlet gasket
Exhaust gasket
Sump gasket
Rocker gaskets
Crank seals (front and rear)

Can anyone think of any other parts that might be an idea too change? Im already getting a water pump and oil pump.

Im going too strip the engine completely down too every last component and refurbish it including a block deck / bore honing as i dont ever want too be dissasembling it again in m y ownership.

Do your research before just buying from Pug as you will save your self a shit load

Big end shells - Made by Glyco (Fedral mogul)
Con rod shells - Made by Glyco (Fedral mogul)
Thrust washers - Made by Glyco (Fedral mogul)

That lot there alone would be shit loads from Pug but i paid about £80 for that lot just because it wasn't in a pug box.

I tend to use Payen oil seals as these are better than the Pug ones now which as said are just re-boxed, Payen gaskets bar the H/G again are what I only use unless it's not available for some reason.
One main thing is bore wear, Anything over 60k and you may run into trouble, For example I fitted a 86.5mm piston into a std block with clearance.
Overall Road Going Production Class Winner at BARC Gurston Down Speed Hillclimb 2012, 2013 & 2014 With a class record along the way (For a while), Taking 2nd place will be Ian Redding's 306 GTi
