Engine mount knock?

Engine mount knock?

What would be causing a knock when the car is started and when you turn it off. Also happens if im drivin, let off accelerator fast and when i floor it fast. Be bottom or top engine mount maybe?

idcheck the top mount first to see if the chassis cup is cracked or broken

Yeah was meant to do that but didn get the chance yet.

Hard fixed if it is fooked? Or just a case of goin to a lad with a welder?

Would of thought thats it on standard turbo, unless your lower mount is pretty destroyed...
Doesnt even own a 306.

I had a knocking in mine and decided to check out the lower mount....

Was the rubber completly gone like that or you cut it out?

Completely gone. It fell out then I took out the bolt
