shock/coilover recommendations

Just wondering what you all run and how you rate it? as I'm looking at getting the suspension setup sorted on the dt within the next month, I've already got 40mm spax spring sat in my attic so would ideally prefer shocks but may be swayed towards coilovers depending on how you rate different shocks.

These are the ones ive been quoted through work connections
monroe radial matic £40
monroe reflex £38
bilstein b4 £36
kyb ultra sr £45
koni strt £65
st by kw £65

does anyone run these and what do you think to them also??

Go for the b4 or if you want to spend more get b6 bilsteins, theyre the best. Dont go for coilovers unless your goin to spend top money on them.

I don't really mind spending £600 ish but if I can get a good fast road setup for less it's more I can spend on uprating other suspension parts, thanks for your opinion anyone else want to add to this??
