Immobiliser
#1
Now that I'm not using the original ECU, i no longer have an ECU and having to remove the ECU every night so the car can't be driven away is a right PITA lol.
Ive been looking at the wiring diagrams and I've found the following:

Cable 820 travels from the BSI to the ECU pin 13
Cable 821 travels from the BSI to the ECU pin 27
Both have a typical state of 11-14v when the ignition is on but what I'm wondering is if i could use the two to control a relay and if so, are these cables live all the time when the key is present and ignition on or is it just a pulse?

If anyone has any info on how the standard immobiliser works, id be grateful to see it Smile
