i averaged 450 miles to my tank with the trips too and from pugfest

but you drive like a fanny on the motorway
Big Grin

whats the point of owning a six if your going to be scared of driving it

250 miles on my last tank = loads of smiles per miles

Motorway driving is so boring though! I just stick to the speed limit on the mw.. I've gotta drive mine daily too remember

Averaging 27.42 on mine. Min 25, max 30. Gets a mix of driving. I reckon 27 is about right for town. 25 for a hoon. 30 for easy motorway cruising.

25 for a hoon? Clearly not trying hard enough lol

Just checked. That 25mpg was for 58litres of fuel, 320 miles. Can't imagine it was all hooning, so probaly does do a bit less...

But really I don't want to know how many mpg it does on a fun drive; if I knew that I'd never go out in it.

That's not too bad. I was getting around 20-25 on my daily commute in traffic, then about 30-35 on the motorway if I was taking it easy. Getting 25-30 in the Meg on the same commute and have managed 42mpg driving to Combe last weekend, and it was still going up when I got off the motorway so I'd love to know what it would be capable of on a really long run!

Not much more. Being french, its immanently going to break down in a horrendously catastrophic way and will never even make 1mpg ever again

ive had 42mpg out of mine on the motorway. Lowest ive had on the trip computer was 7 on a hoon lol

My 6 was 90% motorway and achieved regularly around 370-430 miles without playing the red fuel light lottery. Gave her daily spankings too. They are pretty good if healthy and looked after

New record. 47 litres brim to brim, 377 mi: 36mpg. All motorway at 70-80mph.

Deadly boring, but nice to know it's no worse than my 1.4 under similar conditions. Migh revise thoughts on swapping it for an HDi.

most I ever got was 465miles off a full tank... never bothered working out mpg and nor do I remember what I paid for the fuel...
