Had my first go at wrapping tonight its not as easy as it seems

Iv not updated this for a few months.

New CV joints fitted.
I got a second front strut bar fitted now a long with a few stickers on the underside of my bonnet. I also have some refurbished alloys with new T1rs on Smile
New gearknob fitted.
Wiring harness for my HID's.
LED rear light blubs the crap and have been sent back.
Fitted a new alloy radiator with silicone hoses, K&N panel filter and a grounding kit.

New NGK Laser Platinum plugs then had the car on the rollers and.....

176.5bhp @6900rpm
168.1ft-lbs@3200rpm

These are lovely cars and pretty-much bulletproof. What's the situation with the 'Beams' red-top engine that the Gen6 guys always used to harp on about? Tweaked timing? Or different cylinder head altogether? And what figures are on those engines?

Much more reliable than the Gen7 which replaced it in my opinion. My syncro was f*cked between 2/3/4 gears for starters, and then there was that expensive-sounding tick from the engine when cold...

Yamaha beams engine has more power the out put is 200-220bhp ish and has VVTI not worth the £1500 most want for the engines alone.

Power deck spacer coming soon I will be happy if I can get this engine up to around 185bhp but there is not much that can be done.

well iv fitted my spacer and had it on a dyno

186.3 bhp @ 7116rpm
