ive made a point now never to do lockers up that tight. All happened after my locker split at the side and i didnt trust it to not break!

smash a socket over the end, when that doesnt work trying to get it out will be a pain.... after that youll be onto the welding a nut on trick which you should probably try first anyway.... then after...
