You don't have to heat the housing for lower mounts, but you will need a press to get it in. |

You'll struggle to get enough heat into the head, I find just cooking the bolt seems to help a bit. If it doesn't go, you can always cook it then cool it with plusgas a couple of times, heat cycles sh... |
