Sorted this yet? The exhaust manifold is stainless steel on the m57n engines. They're nearly always cracked a bit. So definitely check your manifold ?

Although the solenoid was getting 12v feed, it turns out it wasn't activating the solenoid when in the pump. Dodgy connection. So I got a direct feed from the battery in the end. Xud style immobiliser... |

My brain thawed. Removed solenoid - hey presto, got fuel coming through. Solenoid was stuck! Sorted |

Yh sounds good, belt hasn't slipped. Even so, the pump is turning and fuel should come out the pump delivery valves where I have removed the fuel lines from. |

I recall there being a table of the different ratios for the Peugeot gearboxes somewhere, maybe 205 gti drivers forum? Can't seem to find it.
Would be interesting to see the ratios for the Picasso ... |

From brief pic comparison - i'd hazard a guess that the hub's may well be the same size (VERY reliable method I know). I'll measure up the hubs to check.

Ew/dw driveshafts assuming same length/mounting position £50ish

I'm recommissioning the dturdbus. Its not been driven at all since the rebuild 3 years ago o.O .... I plan to get the turbo to actually fit without fouling the steering uj this time, wind the boost up... |

We used to have a mint 2.2hdi executive estate in the family. Amazingly comfortable ride and somehow managed to handle great. Quite peppy too with the 136odd bhp. |

mix 10/20% petrol to the engine oil and leave it for a while. Most of the free carbon / sludge mix will drop out. Then filter... Will run fine and save the pump. However, Chances are you will be poiso... |
