Cheers Darren. Think I paid £110 for the calipers and another £70 for discs and pads, if I'd seen a set at this price id have jumped at them! Could probably make more but for various reasons I need q...

Ahh ok. Honestly couldn't tell you if the caliper end of the flexis is the same, ive nothing to compare to. Iirc they look similar though. Should be a pretty standard union.

From what I remember the hoses were the same length as normal ones, why couldn't you join them up to the standard hard lines, are you using braided fronts just now?

65.1mm buddy, same centre bore as standard Pug wheels **edit wait, the inner diameter? 60mm-ish, no accurate way of measuring i'm afraid
