Got the red one on mine and its fine, nothing noticable on idle, mines on a xud which is no where near as smooth running as a hdi, go for it :)

D seal is fine not stretched etc, jubilee on tmic is tight, thats the only one that has ever been touched, havent touch the turbo or fuel since the drop in psi, coals even more than it used to now too...

So far it settled it for me il definately be throwing the hdi rods in, ad aslong as i dont lock it up on oill n run 220 i should be ok so: Rings Shells Valve stem seals Crank seals Cam seals HG Bolt...

Ah makes sense hence why too much static advance is bad? I can get them going but this tuning malarky is a bit over my head hence why if kept it running 12 psi for the last 4 years with just the max ...

Seem to see alot of the xud rods going and not lasting very long at upto 170 ish yet going by the facts iv seen a few stage 2 hdi's only having issues with the lifters i know hdi's are more refined bu...

Put it in gear and try rocking it backward and forwards a little bit incase the starter is locking up against the flywheel

Fair enough, its holding 14 psi now in third so its an improvment over yesterday :/

This morning: backed the fuel of half a turn, wound out the boost comp 2 turns, Turned the lda pin It was cleaner off boost but still struggling for power, so wound the boost Comp out another ...
