Try filing a chamfer onto the leading edge of the brake pads mate. Have you greased the ends of the pads too, where they slide in the caliper or caliper carrier bracket. Hope this works for you.....Lu...

The new rods' little end bushes are very tight on my XUD gudgeon pins. It looks like they'll need sizing to my pins to allow room for oil around the pins. Did anyone else find this? ...Luke.
