Got 2 330x300mm intercooler cores welded together so it's 160mm thick, boost air is going trough the 330x300 area and water is pumped trough the channels ment originally for boost air, got a tank fill... |

For next race I ripped of an 18t pulley from a 16v engine and replaced the 20t on mine (same axle diameter), maybe the 10% rpm gain wil be just enough, if it's worse the difficult words from a couple ... |

That is thinking out of the box!
But I don't want extra fuzz in a race by starting another engine and then forgot to thank gas for that... ;-)

Electric is allowed but I have limited battery power and nothing to charge, I do have HP in the engine enough so who cares if the pump would eat 10 away.

Those rods have there 5th season this year and small ends are still in pristine condition, no cracks to be found so I think they can be used for daily use at least for rally/race application when they... |

It was not running very well, looks like detonating but that would be silly on a diesel right? ;-)
Started this year with 86mm bore and a DW11 crankshaft but the larger stroke gives more side force... |

the 300tdi injectors are M14x1.5 but have been looking at a 2.5 peugeot boxer and thing those will work. (I hope ;) |

The 300tdi nozzles and the VE pump both have M12x1.5 threat, if XUD9 would fit it would be pretty easy... |

Does any off you here knows which fuel lines to use with a VE pump?
For my line pump on the puller I buy straight ones from the same length and bend them myself but for the VE maybe something existin... |

You could try hardening the rods which will give you some extra space but bending them due to incomplete burn sounds silly, they bend either due to overpowering (200HP+), to much boost (3bar+) or due ... |

Found an ready to go alternative: adjusting ring DIN 705/916
28mm diameter, 17mm hole and 12mm high, should work... (should save me some work if I found them sooner) |
