Sorry for the Hijack. Are these pumps usable on 306's then. I have one which was removed from my Citroen Synergie (Same as Peugeot 806). I always assumed it was ECU controlled.

Dealt with them for years for Turbosmart products but not for Turbo's. A work colleague had a recon turbo from them for his Golf Tdi and never had any issues.

Some years ago i had issues with my Gti-6 cutting out and running rough. After testing sensors, coils, plugs and other usual suspects. It tuned out it was Tesco fuel. Never been back since.

Is yours a Gen3 or Gen5 charger and is it a stock body or ported.? Not all M62's had the clutched pulley. Mainly the ones found on Mercedes.

Never used Pagid fluid but they are a well renowned brand so it will be good stuff. 5 Litres is overkill but at that price its not a problem if you don't end up using it all.

Just to clarify I can supply the Helix paddle clutch (cover and plate) for £335 + vat and it is rated to 300 ft/lb of torque. As stated elsewhere in this thread, Helix tend to quote safe torque rating...

The grenade has a one way valve and that could be shot. Change the grenade, they are cheap enough anyway. [hr] Also check the filter / strainer in the tank. Could be blocked.

I got fed up trying to get mine to seal and went for an inline filter in the end. Worked perfect even with veg oil.
