So, I serviced the car tonight fresh oil & filter, fresh fuel filter & fresh air filter. I also pulled the wiring harness from the engine bay to check for faulty wiring as well as cleaning connectors....

Thanks guys :) yeah the EGR had me swearing and I have so many cuts and bruises on my hands from wedging them down the back :p it's not that much of a difficult task once you realise how to get access...

That's some milage! I don't know why HDis get a bad rap, like Niall says anything I've ever had problems with has been my own stupid fault! I bought mine at 100k now at just under 130k it gets abused ...
