I'm gonna notify my insurance of the accident (as I should do really) but not claim on my insurance, fix the car as best I can and drive on

Ive now changed me coolant temp sensor and all was well for a week or so, now the problems back. What do I check next, air flow sensor? Throttle position sensor?
