the pump doesn't have any engine oil... it's lubricated by the diesel.

Haven't the foggiest what my max rpm is... never been brave enough to take it above ~5500, 6k certainly seemed possible but I figured a wild conrod might appear if I carry on, and obviously its losing...

BE3, The return spring and the 5th detent had/has gone....awol... Going to rebuild the box when I have chance but I popped a second hand one on...with a new clutch... loverly.

How can I tell which box I have/need It is indeed an XUD, from what I can see I have 3 rods, no cables, I have a electronically driven speedo (with a mechanical odometer, heh)

ph1 1.9dt... no idea what gearbox it is..... Fairly sure they aren't touching anything. I'll go double check.

I have a k14 on my P reg ph1 D turbo (which is no longer) running a lucas pump, if that helps. but the only way to know for sure is to take a look :)
