If your going to the effort of removing the box at least fit a new clutch. I only paid 65+vat for a new LUK 3 piece kit.

Idont know tom but i spend ages trying to get the fords running after a filter change at work sometimes when the fuel drains back the tank

Sure theres no lift pump as tom says, normally a hand primer near the fuel filter

Cant be bothered with an over complicated vac inlet system, of which theres plenty of info out there on and is actually pretty basic, but wants to do and engine swap/conversion of which he doesnt kno...

Noo, ive fixed plenty of hdi electrical issues before its not rocket science. Wiring diagram and a multimeter

Had a 307 hdi 90 at work month ago for a headgasket job that ran an IHI i hadnt realised before that , that they used them

My gt17 made just shy of 160 on a 9mm pump so i would expect a bit more with a 2056 really 170/80

Surely you would have the get the centre machined to right centre bore aswell?? Cant see a problem doing that though. Would it weaken the disc at all though

Im not expecting it too spool mega early, maybe a bit sooner than a t2 i guess. But i think it will blow harder and for longer (than my missus) for sure.

Yeaah really good mate. Pulled 156bhp i think. Torque figure unknown as it had no rev counter for dyno operator to calibrate in.

Yeah as said. I usually just give it a wash polish etc at home then when im there dress tyres bumpers etc. And give a wipe over with some quick detailer
