pug's life D turbo - robert gangnan sharp - 08-01-2013 were do i start ? right so far ive had in the past 3 years 1st (volkswangen polo mk3 6n) that i modified to my liking and my 2nd car (ford focus zetec ) something to play with but due to fuel prices i had to find a diesel so i found this blue 306 dt for sale in redruth for 850ono it didnt look to bad for 17300miles but i got it down to 650 as it had no tax [achment=4216] it was going well till the radator blown so i had to go out and buy a new one for £110 and at the same time i got a new Thermostat (as ive seen that peugeot have problem's with over heating due to it jamed?) okay i thuogh it would be easy till i got to the worst pipe fitting at bottom of the rad ( it had taken about 1 hour to take off) but to the point i think it have gone past it ![]() after i fitted the rad. it started to over heat again after 3 days, i did a head gasket test but had failed so i had to get new HG,head kit,cambelt,(water pump just on the safe side) oil filter,fuel filter,and new head bolt's at the same time £200 ![]() okay i will let the pictures do the talking RE: pug's life D turbo - 1616six - 08-01-2013 You've moved onto the right car anyway! You need to lose the wheels, stickers & lexus rear lights ASAP, but you've got an epic engine to play with and one of the best colours... good luck!
