PEUGEOT 206 S16 Wheels - SonnyRoby - 29-12-2012

Does anybody have a picture with this type of wheels on a 306? Found a set very cheap and was thinking of buying them for my 306 sedan. Do not know if they will look good or not.

RE: PEUGEOT 206 S16 Wheels - SonnyRoby - 29-12-2012

Poodle still has them on I believe!

RE: PEUGEOT 206 S16 Wheels - Mattcheese31 - 29-12-2012

they're just slightly worse looking cyclones with wrong offset so why bother? . .Smile

They are fitted to early 206 gti's over here

RE: PEUGEOT 206 S16 Wheels - Jonny81191 - 29-12-2012

Theyre called Foudres IIRC, I think you'd be better with cyclones if you can find some, they look better for a start!

RE: PEUGEOT 206 S16 Wheels - SonnyRoby - 29-12-2012

I know they look better. But around here they're very rare Sad Not many PSA fans. If you ask romanians what would they buy between a 306 HDI and a Golf 4 TDI they will certanily buy a VAG-INA. Those wheels are ET 28, so need spacers.

I'm sick of finding wheels that will fit because of the fitment. I'm so tired of searching that next year i will buy some 15'' et15-18 steelies and paint them red. Try to poke them as hard as i can or try making some banded steelies. Or at least for the back. Some 8-9J on 195/50 would look good.

They didn't do a 206 S16 Confused

RE: PEUGEOT 206 S16 Wheels - SonnyRoby - 29-12-2012

GTI / S16 whateva'. The little 138hp 2.0 16v

RE: PEUGEOT 206 S16 Wheels - David - 30-12-2012

The 138 BHP is the gti buddy. Sorry for being picky

It's known as an s16 in other countries. Just here it's the gti

RE: PEUGEOT 206 S16 Wheels - SonnyRoby - 30-12-2012

I always tought that the S16 was the 138hp 2.0 16v and the GTI or RC was the 180HP 2.0 16v. Never mind. Still need spacers to fit these wheels with 195/50 tires.

So i'm going for banded 15'' steels et15.

RE: PEUGEOT 206 S16 Wheels - ozonehostile - 30-12-2012

in britain the 206 came in 1.4 (lx i think) 1.6 (glx) maybe a 1.8 but not sure, 2.0 gti (138 bhp) and the gti180, same engine as the gti just had a better ecu and vvc cylinder head, the rc was the european version of the gti 180 only with a slightly higher specced interior.

completely irrelevant to wheels, but saying that, i recognize the ones in the picture off some 206 hdi's

RE: PEUGEOT 206 S16 Wheels - David - 30-12-2012

Tbh the gti 180 is a aload poo

RE: PEUGEOT 206 S16 Wheels - ozonehostile - 30-12-2012

nice engine though
